Goal setting

We guide companies and organizations in upcoming changes, starting with the analysis up to the definition of the processes and throughout the implementation of the planned measures. The ultimate goal is to tackle changes systematically and continually, in order to achieve sustainable solutions. The inclusion of all parties concerned is motivating and reduces resistance.

Strategy

  • Following the initial interview, we conduct an in-depth analysis of the organization. We question delegations, key people, etc. by means of interviews or questionnaires. The main factors of our analysis include structure, goals and corporate culture.
  • The result of our analysis is mirrored back to the client at a first workshop. Based on this initial position, the goals are formulated and further concrete procedures are agreed upon.
